Current Ambassadors

Katrina Hodgkins:
  • Junior Allied Health Science Major; Glastonbury, CT
  • Fun Fact: loves to run!
  •  "I really got interested in Human Rights after a study abroad experience in Cape Town, South Africa, where I was immersed in a culture with a deep and recent history of human rights violations, and courageous people and groups wanting to challenge that. Through my human rights based classes and internship, I was surprised to learn how many human rights issues there are right at home in our own country. Now, being back at Uconn, I want to continue to learn more about human rights issues affecting our world and our own community, as well as help educate others on these issues and collectively make changes."
Jonathan Hull:
  • Junior History Major; Newtown, CT
  • Fun Fact: has over 40 cousins.
  • "A family friend, Dicki Chhoyang, is head of the Department of Information and International Relations for Central Tibetan Administration. Dicki's work sparked my interest in two Human Rights groups: Students for a Free Tibet and The Free Tibet movement."
